How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours using USPS or UPS and typically take 2-5 business days to get to you. Custom-tailored products are hand-altered so could take up to an additional 5 days to arrive.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free in the US for any purchase over $100. Cost of shipping under that will vary based on the weight of what you've purchased and where it's going. It typically will be between $4 and $8.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Feels like almost everything! Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

What is your refund policy?

We want you to be a happy Bette. Returns are free and you have a full 30 days to decide if you want to keep your product. Please read our refund and exchange policy here.

Final sale items are not returnable.

Are your clothes machine washable?

We advise either hand-washing or delicate-washing dresses and terry cloth pieces and hanging them to dry. They'll be happier and will last longer this way. Especially the dresses with ruffled necklines and tassels!

One exception! The Maya caftans and kimonos can go in the washer and dryer. They get softer as you wash them!
