I’m a Boston girl who moved to Southern California in 2007. There’s a vacation vibe here that comes not just from the ocean and palm trees. It’s the laid back approach to life, the outdoor, active lifestyle, and it's the fashion. I work from home, I drive my kids around, I run errands, and then I might meet friends for a drink. I don’t want to think about 10 different outfits for my day. I want something that I can wear for all of that. Something that says, "I know SoCal fashion" without overdoing it. And something that won’t go out of style next week. Oh, and I want it to be comfortable.... and flattering. Too much to ask? Bette says, “no”.

How long does shipping take?

We try to ship everything out within 24 hours. Shipping is via USPS and UPS, generally taking between 2-5 business days.

What's your refund policy?

We want you to be happy with your Bette purchase! Our return policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with the tags still on and in the same condition that you received it. You will be charged a flat rate of $5 for return shipping.

All items purchased on clearance are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Your refund will be processed less the $5 return fee and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds:
-If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
-Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
-Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they you want a new size, or they are somehow defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a different item, send us an email at contact@shopbette.com and we will send you a pre-paid return label.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
